Boundary

Client:

Dave Johnson

Location:

Bolivar, Tennessee

During 2013 Arc Surveying & Mapping, Inc. (Arc) was contracted by Mr. Johnson of Liberal Colorado, LLC to perform a boundary survey of over 2,000 acres in Bolivar, Hardeman County, Tennessee. The property consisted of agricultural, forest, pasture, and river bottom (swamp) terrain. The survey was to be broken up into two tracts, a north and a south. In addition, Arc Surveying and Mapping was to reconcile any boundary encroachments, gaps, or overlaps as they were discovered. Up to three different crews were utilized during this project and RTK GPS, ATV’s, and robotic Total stations were used to speed production.

As with all of our boundary surveys, Arc Surveying and Mapping takes great care in the research and title searches for each property, including the adjacent tracts. All deeds are researched and mapped to ensure all boundary lines can be accurately mapped according to boundary evidence, boundary law, and established procedures.
