Arc Surveying & Mapping, Inc. was contracted to survey the remnants of a 1900's cruise liner the Fort Victoria. Submerged in the Ambrose Channel between New York & New Jersey this cruise liner lay in the shipping lane for many years causing a hazard to navigation. Twenty-five tons of dynamite were used to demolish the ship and the channel was cleared to 42 feet. Utilizing the newest survey technology Arc has acquired hi-resolution multibeam soundings along with sidescan sonar imagery to accurately locate and map this ancient ship wreck.

Arc Surveying & Mapping, Inc is participating in Florida Governor Rick Scott’s Trade Mission to Sao Paulo, Brazil during October 23 – 27, 2011. The Team Florida Business Expo & Trade Mission offers Arc the opportunity of expanding services in Latin America.
